Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between patients and the medical team, ensuring that all questions, concerns, and needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, offering comfort, understanding, and empathy during times of stress and uncertainty.
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions, using clear and concise language.

Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities:
